• Customer must provide correct delivery address and contact details.

• Unloading arrangements (if required) must be confirmed in advance.

• CCTV installation and services are subject to site conditions.

• 10% contractor/service charge may apply where applicable.

• Any damage or issue must be reported at the time of delivery/service.

• By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms mentioned above.

3. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or service start.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once materials are dispatched.

• No refund after delivery of materials or completion of service.

• If there is any issue in quantity or quality, it must be reported immediately at delivery time.

• A refund (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
